This statement comes out after the joint statement of five  U.N agencies including the world health organization, INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION FOR MIGRATION (IOM), INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ORGANISATION(IMO), INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANISATION(ILO), INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION ORGANISATION(ICAO) IN THIS JOINT STATEMENT SAID “: FOR SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT TO CONTINUE TO OPERATE SAFELY, THE  SAFE CROSS BRODER MOVEMENT OF SEAFARERS AND AIRCREW MUST BE FACILITATED. today we will discuss the unique soup which can be a good option for veg and non-veg lovers.

soybean chunks soup you can try out for your family sit together without any compatible issues of veg and non-veg, as it is made of the plant but resemble like non-veg due to fiber presence making it both veg and nonveg lover sit together in the same table.




Recipe-


ingredients                                                                                   unit



# soybean chunks                                          -                            20 gm

# cauliflower                                                    -                          10 gm

# green coriander leaves                                 -                            little

# cabbage                                                         -                          10 gm

# ginger                                                            -                         small piece

# garlic                                                              -                        4 cloves

#salt                                                                  -                         to taste

#vinegar                                                           -                          20 ml

# soy sauce                                                     -                          30 ml

# vegetable oil                                                  -                         10 ml 

# corn starch.                                                   -                        20 gm



Direction







1). Soak the soybean chunks for 2 hours until it is soft and doubled the size.

2). Drain out the water and make them ground using a blender.

3). Meanwhile, chop all the vegetables in very fine small size.

4). In a pan put oil and heat.

5) Put all chopped vegetables and saute.

6) Put vinegar, salt, soy sauce, and cook.

7) Put all ground soybean and cook nicely.

8) Put water 1 liter ( if hot good) and boil.

9) Make a slurry of corn starch and put it in the mixture when boiling

10) Put out scum and boil.

11) When boil, ready to serve.
